To start with what is an IPTV? Well it stands for Internet Protocol Television.
Which is a system used to deliver digital television to the consumer who is registered subscribes for this system. And this delivery is made possible by using Internet Protocol connection by a managed network and not by the public internet to give better quality.
IPTV is "creating headlines all over the world." IPTV is very useful devise since a person is receiving both TV and Video signals as well as other multimedia services by the internet connection via broadband.
Benjamin Lehmann of Jupiter Research believes that: " in 2011, IPTV will have penetrated 6% of European households, up from 2% in 2006," he says.

The shape of an IPTV device is the same as the ones we have at home but it is unique in its own way. The role of this device as well is to "mark out the preferences and selections over a particular time period."
This new technology is more advanced and user friendly. It also has a higher speed digital line such as (ADSL). It is also good to remember that the device has an effective delivery of voice, data and video services to customers.
Finally I can restate that IPTV is a fusion of "voice, video, and data service." It is simply the result of high bandwidth and high speed internet access.
