Everyday television is changing; everyday there is a new technology added to a new television. Every single day this is happening. Companies and Industries are taking the existing trends to a new level. As “we” viewers expect more choices and more options and because of this they are working on it each and every day to try to be on the same level our thinking is taking us.

According to http://www.tvischanging.com/ “we are living through a revolution in the way entertainment is delivered to the public.”

More than one media says that TV is going to change more in the next five years than it did in the last 50. But how does this affect us? Well if you log into

You will find out that they are trying to know how television will look in the future; how DVRs (digital video recorder) and video-on-demand will allow you to access your favorite shows when you want them, how cutting-edge technology will allow you to take TV with you wherever you go, how the Internet may one day become television's secondary (or primary) home, and how advertising will change in this brave, new TV world.

An example of how people can consume other media and to watch TV at their own time is the DVRs; which allows viewers to pause live TV, fast forward through commercials and record dozens of shows for later viewing. The rise of DVR technology, means that TV watchers can go into the nightly news at 1a.m or to the cooking show at the dinner hour, NOT when is it aired live on TV. According to the research firm the Yankee Group; Forrester Research estimates that 41 percent of homes will have DVRs by 2010.

Television is changing dramatically that they are thinking or actually working on getting TV into the cars! – Not by discs that you put into a mobile DVD player but by satellite forms. “A recent report by the consulting firm Frost and Sullivan predicted by 2011, 3 million cars will have satellite TV -- and 36 million cars will have some kind of video capability.” (From the same website stated above.)

These new ways of thinking are actually just the beginning.

P.S: Come back again or u’ll miss a lot!
